Dr. Jenna Rose NP is an integrative nurse practitioner, yoga teacher, and retreat leader that is passionate about wellness and helping others heal in mind, body, and soul. Jenna’s mission is to share these healing practices with others to help them truly thrive and enjoy life. Jenna has always loved travel and showing others the beautiful culture the world has to offer.
Jenna has previously hosted multiple retreats and is looking forward to taking you to TULUM in Spring 2024.

Jenna honeymooned in Tulum in 2021 and fell in love with the nature, cuisine, culture, and energy of Tulum. Tulum is not only beautiful, but it is very spiritual, aligning with our Rooted Rose Health mission to heal the mind, body, and soul. The intention of retreat is to deepen your connection to yourself, your loved ones if they join you, and to also create new friendships.
